Greg Betts is an experienced lawyer who has lived and worked in Alice Springs for the past nine years.
He graduated in Law in 2006 from Charles Darwin University and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2007. He worked as a judge’s associate in the NT Supreme Court in Darwin before moving to Alice Springs in 2008 and commencing as a lawyer with Aboriginal Legal Aid. During his long career in criminal law in the Northern Territory, he has conducted numerous jury trials, pleas, appeals and special hearings in the Supreme Court and contested hearings, pleas and committal proceedings in the Local Court.
He is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association of the NT and is a member of the NT Law Society.
