Greg handles a range of areas from, minor traffic matters in the Local Court through to strictly indictable matters in the Supreme Court. He regularly appears in both pleas and contested summary hearings in the Local Court and pleas and jury trials in the Supreme Court.

Graduating in Law from Charles Darwin University in 2006, Greg was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2007.

After working as a judge’s associate in the NT Supreme Court in Darwin Greg moved to Alice Springs in 2008 to commence as a lawyer with Aboriginal Legal Aid. During his long career in criminal law in the Northern Territory, he has conducted numerous jury trials, pleas, appeals and special hearings in the Supreme Court and contested hearings, pleas and committal proceedings in the Local Court.


Greg is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association of the NT and also the NT Law Society.

Consultation Process

A first meeting would ordinarily be half an hour to an hour, depending on the nature of the matter and also how much information is to hand at that time.


Initial consultations focus on getting to know your situation, familiarising you with the process and answering any questions that you may have. This may include the charges (if known/relevant), possible penalties and the court process.
